At $18 for a whole pie, it is a deal even though I would have like to pair with Gifford's ice cream (from Maine don't miss the Black Raspberry Swirl if available!) offered at the restaurant. The crust is flaky and thin and the fruit inside is just perfectly sweet and not-runny/gooey. It is one of the best country pie I have had for a while. (Apple, and Mixed Berries were also offered). Portions were large, resulting in lack of room for dessert! But having seen the pie upon entry, we had to buy a whole peach and raspberry pie to take back to the hotel. I normally would dissuade anyone to order seafood around ski slopes but this was surprisingly good. Cabin Fever: A Rustic Restaurant in NH Ski/Snowmobile Country. The lobster mac and cheese was so cheesy and had nice chunks of lobster. We then shared a hot lobster roll and lobster mac and cheese. Had the most lobster I've had in a bisque before. We had the Lobster Bisque, which was out of this world. Our server was Dawn who was very friendly and helpful. Looked like a cabin inside, complete with a wood stove and some brick work. The restaurant is relatively small, but had a cozy feel to it. I double checked Trip Advisor and saw the great reviews and knew we had to try it out.
